the manager & his wife were so helpful & friendly On arrival (which was about midday) I asked if we could leave our car in the carpark & will come back at 2pm to check in, the manager said we could book in straight away as our room was ready. Our room was lovely, with plenty of room and so clean & fresh. The heating & electric blanket worked a treat. The location was perfect, so close to pubs & restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

The motel is very clean and you cannot hear noise from other rooms, mine was extremely quiet. The motel is within walking distance to nice cafes, restaurants and the town centre. The room must be well insulated because it stayed warm throughout the night even though it was quite cold in Armidale when I travelled. My hosts were lovely, helpful and friendly. If I travelled to Armidale again I would book at Armidale Pines.

The motel was well placed in the Town of Armidale. For the 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child), we found the room well thought out/laid out with plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable. We had a TV in the bedroom and another TV in the lounge, so that took care of everyone's preferences what they wanted to watch and for how long. Very courteous and nice management.

A good motel in a perfect position close to restaurants, bars, pubs etc so can park the car and walk everywhere. Great to have opening windows with flyscreens, although we had one of only 2 rooms facing the road so there was a bit of traffic noise throughout the night (we booked late on a Saturday afternoon for Saturday night so can't complain).

Incredibly large room with plenty of space to move, spotlessly clean and quiet. The room service breakfasts were an unexpected bonus; piping hot perfect eggs at the time requested. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
